The things everyone asks first.
Most small-business sites land between £120 and £650 as a one-off. There's no monthly fee to me, and hosting on the setup I use is free at your traffic level. You'll get a fixed price before I start, not an hourly bill that creeps.
A single page is about 4 days. A full 5-page site is usually under a week from the moment I have your content. Dashboards and booking systems take longer — around 2 weeks — because there's real logic behind them.
Being straight with you: hosting for a site this size is free or close to it, and a domain is about £10–12 a year paid directly to the registrar. There is no compulsory monthly fee to me. If you'd rather not deal with any of it, care plans start at £25/month and cover hosting, the domain, updates and backups — but they're optional and you can cancel whenever.
Completely. It's deployed under your own accounts and your own domain, and you get the code. No lock-in, no hostage situation if you want to move on.
That's normal and it's not a blocker. I'll write first-draft copy for you to approve and use quality placeholder imagery, then swap in your real photos whenever you have them.
